Facility & Ground Rentals

The Hebron Fairgrounds and select buildings are available to rent on a limited basis during various times of the year. The Fairgrounds is a great place to host many types of exhibits such as:

  • Automobile, motorcycle and RV swaps & meets
  • Agricultural shows
  • Equestrian and livestock events
  • Dog shows and trials
  • Group, organization or company functions
  • Auction, antique and flea market events
  • Concerts and festivals
  • Benefits, fundraisers and sporting events
  • Sales, craft and trade shows

Our Fairgrounds include adequate parking for 5,000 vehicles as well as secured fencing and gates. Restrooms, kitchen facilities, electrical distribution panels and water pedestals throughout the fairgrounds, an 8,000 sq. ft. open building, mechanical pull ring and a meeting facility with seating for 150-200 persons. Additional amenities include:

  • Public address system
  • On-site ATMs
  • First Aid stations
  • Paved walkways
  • Lighting for night events
  • Trash cans, picnic tables, highway cone, benches and bleachers available
