Hailing from Manchester, CT, B&E are a high energy acoustic duo shaking things up here on the music scene in New England. Performing as one half of the Mighty Magnesium Jake, Brian and Eric got a good 12 years of experience playing professionally. The idea was simple, play great music that people want to hear, but simply other bands do not play. That same philosophy now holds true for B&E acoustically.
As B&E, the boys are taking what they learned and performing in a much more intimate setting for the audience. You'll see them playing anything from the Beatles, to the Foo Fighters, and all points in between!

Sperry Creek
Sperry Creek brings fresh harmonies and instrumentation that hold true to the bluegrass genre. This five-piece band from Connecticut formed after some local pickers spent the height of the pandemic keeping each other sane through socially distant backyard jam sessions. It didn’t take the group long to realize that good sounds were happening. They soon adopted the name of a nearby creek, and the band was officially formed in the summer of 2020.
Sperry Creek is made up of longtime musicians Scott Freemantle (bass); Marilyn Toback-Reveley (guitar); Bill Reveley (fiddle); Corrie Folsom-O’Keefe (mandolin) and Dan O’Keefe (banjo), who all share a passion for bluegrass music. A culmination of musicians from other well known CT bands, Sperry Creek has allowed us to share our love of music with others throughout the New England bluegrass scene.
Matthew Kearns
During Matt’s solo performances he is singing and taking requests on acoustic Guitar. Performing around 75 Shows per year at some of the areas best venues, Matt is on regular rotation at The Coast Guard House , Georges Of Galilee , The Viking Hotel , The Wharf Pub in Newport, and the Naval College in Newport. Shows include a wide variety of music and styles.
Kenny Mehler
Kenny Mehler is a country/rock artist from Hartford, Connecticut with several studio albums and live recordings to his credit. Kenny's high-energy live shows and catchy songwriting are making him a household name on college and university campuses alike.
Over the past few years, Kenny has managed to sell an impressive amount of records without the support of a large format radio campaign. The development of a strong online social presence alongside a pro-active following has played a massive role in the promotion of the band’s music. Grassroots marketing engaging the fan base to get involved have been essential in helping the band to be considered as one of the more successful indie acts on the East Coast. Mehler has always relied on, and maintains that consistent touring with a focus on strong market show repetition are vital to the overall growth of the fan base. A clear example of this aggressive approach to touring can easily be seen in the 200+ shows performed on an annual basis.
Recently, Kenny released his third studio album "Cornbread and Whiskey" which is widely considered among listeners to be his best work to date. Martin Piggot
Martin started playing professionally over 30 years ago. Originally from Scotland, he had played around Europe before moving to Connecticut 25 years ago teaming up with “The Tirebiter Band” then starting on a solo venture in the mid 2000s. With a catalogue of over 300 songs spanning 6 decades, he plays songs from artists such as The Beatles, Coldplay, Dire Straits, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Filter, Foo Fighters, James Taylor, Tom Petty, Paul Simon, Pink Floyd, Sting, Steve Miller, Stone Temple Pilots, Tears for Fears, U2, Chris Stapleton, Kenny Chesney, Men At Work, Matchbox 20, Goo Goo Dolls plus many more….
