Every year, people will flock to the Hebron Fairgrounds to experience all the Harvest Fair’s scents, sights and flavors.

Each year we strive to provide a wide variety of food items to satisfy every taste. Some are traditional fair foods like fried dough, Italian sausage and candy apples. We love to hear excited fair-goers exclaim, “I can hardly wait every year to have my Italian sausage from the same vendor I’ve been going to for as long as I can remember. When I arrive it’s the first thing I eat.”
